We’re creating competitive value for employers

We strive for a future where employees and their family members are fully engaged in their health with personalized, local health care options. Through Texas Health Aetna’s education initiative, we create the opportunity for employees and their families to take responsibility for health care decisions.

We know employees with local, personalized solutions can become overall healthier and achieve lower medical costs and higher productivity in the workplace. These efforts create a win-win situation for employers and employees alike.

Our plan are resetting the baseline for per member, per month (PMPM) costs. As population health improves and efficiencies become the standard, wasted health care spend decreases and savings continue to materialize as we rely less on unit cost improvements to reduce overall medical costs. We are improving the health insurance landscape and offering lower costs without compromising on quality.
